Rental standards
Identity and license verification
Valid driver license, age requirement, address, contact information, and approved payment method.
Insurance and platform requirements
Required coverage and, for rideshare use, any current Uber/Lyft or local requirements.
Condition evidence
Time-stamped check-out and return inspection, mileage, fuel, photos, signatures, and damage notes.
Maintenance controls
A vehicle cannot be rented when marked for maintenance, cleaning, title hold, recall review, or safety review.
